In the field of windscreen, laminated and tempered safety glass production, our aim is to satisfy our customers’ needs in a prompt, flexible way with high technical- and quality standards at a competitive price while we pay attention to the environmental regulations and any other requirements.

Our business policy: entering the Original Equipment Market as OEM Supplier, enlarging our business to an economical extent, while improving the contacts with our customers in the aftermarket. These aims can only be achieved if the quality of our products meets our customers’ requirements in every aspect including the observance of the legal, safety-technical and environmental regulations. In this interest our suppliers are required that their products, equipment and services meet the prescribed legal-, quality- and environmental requirements.

We conform flexibly to the market requirements; we attempt to introduce new solutions and technology paying attention to the environmental aspects.

Our production, resources and other activities are organized, tailored and developed according to customers’ needs including quick and precise transactions, the continuous development of our environmental performance and the decrease of environmental loading.

In order to increase our customers’ confidence and to prove our quality capacity and our commitment to protect the environment, an integrated management system in conformity with the requirements of ISO 9001:2009, ISO/TS 16949:2000 and ISO 140001:2000 standards was inaugurated and now maintained and further developed.

Our main aims are:

· to size up accurately the legal- and customers’ requirements, to give a precise definition of the requirements, to determine the acceptability level of performances and to achieve an effective co-operation with the partners during the fulfilment

· to introduce an effectively operated process control and supervision, to raise our level of our services to enhance our efficiency

· to encourage the development of our suppliers’ quality management system, so that they can supply goods of steadily good quality at a competitive price

· to introduce new production methods which serve more details and enable deeper analyses in order to decrease manufacturing rejects and to increase economical efficiency

· to implement investments which help to reduce the impact of human factors in critical production processes paying attention to environmental aspects

· to prevent and to manage customers’ complaints with applying corrective and preventive actions

· to adopt human policy which includes customer-oriented thinking, planned training, adequate working conditions and atmosphere and social security

· to control and survey the impact of all our actual and new activities on the local environment

· to reduce potential risks involving the operation and environmental effects according to plan, minimizing the environmental loading, prevention contamination regarding damage

· to analyse the arising quality and environmental problems and attempting to solve them quickly and effectively

· we aim that our operation shall be implemented with the effective use of natural resources, and that the efficiency of our input shall be continuously improved

· we comply with the relevant statutable and standard requirements and the directions of the authorities

· we intend to lay special emphasis on the importance of environmental protection in the whole organisation

The management is committed to the quality and the environmental protection.

The management protests that he ensures the personal and monetary resources for the operation of the integrated system and he contributes to the continuous development of this management system. This is required from the staff as well.
